Adventures in Aude is a bespoke catering company that came to life in a small village in the Aude region of France, 2 chefs with a dream of the good life. 1000 miles later here we are in the North East with Audrey, our loving converted 1970’s Citroën HY food truck.
Andy is Cordon Bleu trained and has worked in Michelin starred restaurants in London for several years including Gordon Ramsay’s Maze, Moro and Clarks. His passion lies creating a fun, fresh street food menu with zesty, smoky flavours.
Emma studied Food Science and Nutrition before setting off travelling and becoming a private chef in ski resorts. Her passion lies in creating delicious desserts and cakes.
Together we offer a unique catering service ranging from intimate dinner parties to festival style weddings.
